Rakesh has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and specializes in working with owner-managed businesses, start-up business, professionals and individuals. He has been working with a wide range of industries such as real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and food services industry.  Rakesh has expertise in tax, business advisory and assurance services and consults regularly in the areas of strategic planning, financial analysis, profit improvement, internal control procedures and tax planning for owner/Manager and high net worth individuals and their companies.

Rakesh graduated from Ryerson University in 1999 and has worked in public accounting industry prior to getting his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004. He has great depth of experience in Internal Audit, Bill 198 and Enterprise Risk Management.  He has worked with national companies in their treasury, supply chain, accounting, financial reporting and fraud investigation areas.

Rakesh is a member of Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and has previously served in multiple non-profit/charitable organizations.

Smita Mistry
Administrative Assistant/Accountant

Smita is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from India and comes with more than 3 years of strong bookkeeping/administrative experience. Smita enjoys working with existing clients as well as meeting new clients.  She also manages the flow of information between our local and offshore offices. She trains clients on Quickbooks and other small business accounting systems.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family and friends.

Chandresh is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from India and a current CA student.  He comes with more than 10 years of accounting, audit, and tax andbusiness management experience working with small to medium size clients assisting in their day to day business needs. Chandresh enjoys spending time with family and friends in his spare time.

Sanjana is a Chartered Accountant from India and has served entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized businesses to meet their individual goals.  Sanjana is thrilled to be working with small business owners and learning about their unique challenges.  Sanjana enjoys new challenges and quickly adapts to each individual client’s business needs. Sanjana loves to read and travel in her spare time.

Mae has more than 4 years of experience in payroll and administrative services.  She is our resident expert in countrywide payroll regulations.  She enjoys details and manages clients very well.  She takes every problem and turns it into a solution in no time.

In her spare time, Mae loves to spend time with family and watching movies.
